I talk about suicide, silence and survival
without offering false fixes or empty platitudes
"Sean's presentation at our annual conference was fantastic - so powerful and unique."

The Less Shitty Less Alone Talk
What I've learned from 270 people who tried to die
A raw, survivor-centered virtual presentation that explores loneliness, silence and survival - and the stories we rarely hear. This session invites audiences into a space where stigma is challenged, silence is disrupted, and human pain is acknowledged. This is not a clinical talk. It doesn’t offer quick fixes or empty platitudes. It centers on voices that are often excluded — and models a kind of perspective and presence that doesn’t manage, rescue, or medicalize. It’s prevention — or reduction — by listening. Not prevention by control. It's mostly meant to help people feel a little less shitty and a little less alone - one talk at a time.
Suicide
is more than an epidemic
Silence
is the ultimate paradox
Survival
is not a guarantee
